Ascott Orchard Singapore

My recent stay at Ascott Orchard was good. The luxurious furnishings and high-spec hotel apartment provided a comfortable and upscale experience. The doormen were always helpful and courteous, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location, with a direct link to the Paragon mall, was very convenient. The pool was fantastic, and I appreciated that there was no need to book in advance. The bed and pillows were the best, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchenette was fully equipped, and the bathroom had a bidet spray, made me feel at ease.

Great size rooms and comfortable beds, perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the swimming pool was a refreshing and enjoyable feature, providing a nice break from the Singapore heat.

The service was disappointing. We had requested a baby cot, promised to us but was not available until several hours later.

Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff. Superb surprise for birthday, cake and balloons. Clean facilities, modern apartment for family. Proximity to MRT, restaurants, shopping.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with our two small kids. The location of the hotel is great, as it is incredibly close to many main shopping centres on Orchard Road. The room was spacious and had a kitchen and a washing machine with a dryer, which came in handy during our longer stay. The concierge service was always excellent.

The service at the hotel lacked a personalized touch and the staff seemed unhappy.

Convenient location in the middle of Orchard shopping area, with easy access to Paragon shopping centre. Comfortable rooms with modern kitchens. Friendly and helpful staff.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the exclusive amenities on offer here , the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight. the outdoor swimming pool was a welcome oasis in the city heat, surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace and comfortable sun loungers.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The hotel was immaculate and felt brand new, with high-end DeDietrich appliances in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the concierge desk. The location was fantastic, with a link bridge directly to a nearby mall and easy access to numerous shopping centers. The swimming pool was beautiful, with a shallow area for kids. the hotel had a small outdoor play area and there was a larger one on the 5th floor of the mall. The room, although small, had everything I needed, including a mini kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The fast check-in process was greatly appreciated, especially as I was traveling with tired children.

We had the most luxurious and exclusive experience at this hotel! the Spa & wellness centre was absolutely incredible, with exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi and a sun terrace with sun loungers. the private facilities in the room were top-notch, with exceptional room advantages that set this hotel apart from the rest. the restaurant served delicious food in a beautiful garden area, and the location advantages were unbeatable.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service, as we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our requests to be fulfilled. this was a minor inconvenience and did not take away from the overall amazing experience we had at the hotel.
